Liberian rapper Bucky Raw has been named Artist of the Year at this year’s Liberian Entertainment Awards.
The “Jeh Leh Ya’all” crooner led other top musicians to clinch significant categories at the awards held at the weekend at the Howard Theatre, Washington DC, United States of America.

Bucky Raw and SOG Record Jaredo won the Best Hipco and Best New Artist respectively at the awards ceremony. While, Afro-Pop artiste Kobazzie took home the trophy for Best Song, from his hit single “Bounce”
The rapper’s international penetration was the major highlight of his year, collaborating with Nigerian rapper Ice Prince “Thank You”, whose recently released his anticipated single featuring Phyno and Falz.
Other notable winners include, Korto Davies, Master Queen, Kizzy W and many others.
