Cape Verdian Visa is not required for Liberians

Entry Requirements

Liberia citizens travelling to Cape Verde are not required to apply for a visa for a variable duration of stay of at least 30 days (depending on the embassy’s decision). Passports of citizens should be valid for a minimum period of one month from the date of entry into Cape Verde. Passports must have at least one blank passport page available for the Cape Verde visa stamp.  Amendment pages in the back of the passport are not suitable for Cape Verde visa stamps. Liberia citizens will be required to provide a recent passport-type photograph of two by two inches with a front view and a white background. Citizens of Liberia travelling to Cape Verde are required to present the International Yellow Fever Vaccination certificate. Liberia citizens above the age of 2 years are required to pay a special entry tax on arrival to Cape Verde. Guns, ammunition and drugs require a special license to be brought into the country.  Additional health certificates are required if pets are brought into the country, particularly dogs. There is zero tolerance towards possessing, using or trafficking any type of illegal drug as convicted offenders can expect long jail sentences and heavy fines. The estimated flight time from Monrovia, Liberia to Bolivia is 8 hours, 34 minutes. Cape Verde adopts the Cape Verde Standard Time zone (GMT-1) hence, there is no time difference between Liberia and Mali. Cape Verde’s warm tropical climate, volcanic islands, wonderful musicians and delicious cuisine are its international landmark qualities. The official language of instruction and government in Cape Verde is Portuguese. Public bus transport runs periodically and taxis In the major cities of Cape Verde are common. In smaller towns, there are mostly hi aces and/or taxis.  Boat transportation is also available in the country but it is not widely used nor dependable. Cape Verde has two seasons, the dry season also called the Time of winds is between October to mid-July while the rainy season starts from August to September Cape Verde inhabitants generally recognise Christianity as its national religion. For Cape Verde, there are two associated plug types, C and F. The country operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz. One of the biggest tourist attractions of Cape Verde is its Islands and safe snorkelling adventures.
