Every Saturday night, Erin would host an informal dinner called Secret Supper at a place she rented, which was the apartment on the top floor of the Belfast’s Gothic Building.
When her Secret Suppers were a success, Erin and her previous husband Todd bought the building by taking out a mortgage in order to start a new restaurant.
