In the wake and heat of the 2020 elections, it was reported that Sarkodie and Samini allegedly bagged a whopping Ghc500,000 each for releasing campaign and endorsement songs for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and its flagbearer, Nana Akufo-Addo.
Fast-forward to 2021, things are messed up in the country and it has led to the hashtag #Fixthecountry on social media being championed by Efia Odo, celebrities and the majority of Ghanaians.

Now, Shatta Wale‘s Manager, Bulldog, has called out Sarkodie and Samini to release a song titled “Fix It” to let the government that they campaigned for know that things are really bad in the country.
In a Facebook post, Bulldog wrote; “How about a collabo? A hit song titled “FIXIT” by
Samini & Sarkodie”. In another post, he added; “You are getting EXACTLY what you voted for – SHUT UP and enjoy”.
