Grammy Or No Grammy, Davido Is Still A Giant Of Africa – Richard Mofe-Damijo

Veteran Nigerian actor, Richard Mofe Damijo, has reacted to the shades thrown at Davido after his colleagues in the music industry, Wizkid and Burna Boy bagged a Grammy Awards.

At the 63rd Grammy Awards held on March 14 Burna Boy’s Twice As Tall Album won the Best Global Music category whiles Wizkid won the Best Music Video the song, Brown Skin Girl.

A few moments after this was announced, fans threw shades at Davido due to Burna Boy and Wizkid’s win. Responding to these critics, actor Richard Mofe Damijo took to his Twitter page and stated that Davido is still a Giant of Africa although he has not won a Grammy award yet.

Meanwhile, Davido has received a lot of applauds from Netizens for showing maturity as he congratulated Wizkid and Burna Boy for their achievement. Davido said their win is for Nigerians and the African culture.
