“My Father Used To Work At A Fast Food Joint In America”

Davido has inspired her fans by opening up about his father, Adedeji Adeleke’s early beginning before he rose to become a billionaire to motivate the fans.

During a live performance on Npr’s tiny desk with the hashtag #DavidoXTinyDesk, the Nigerian-American singer, songwriter, and record producer who said his father is one of his biggest inspiration revealed that his father was a manager at a popular fast-food restaurant.

According to David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, his father used to work at Burger King in the United States. Adding that he and his dad, Mr Adedeji, studied at HBCU, a predominantly black college in the United States.

Davido recently paid a visit to the place he once lived 12 years ago in Bradford together with his cousin B-Red and Sina.

He took to his official verified Instagram handle and shared a photo of himself flaunting dollars at Bradford and revealed that they had no money at the time and no support, but all they had was a dream, and today he is grateful for how far God has brought him and encouraged his fans not to give up on their dreams.
