According to Kennedy Agyapong a few weeks ago, Captain Smart purchased a number of air conditions from one of his shops and was left with Ghc10,000 to complete the payment but to date, he’s never bothered to pay.

Speaking in an interview with Fiifi Pratt on Kingdom Plus FM, Captain Smart stated that his attention could have been drawn to the issue with a summon to the court since that is the right means for him to be questioned about it.
He added that whoever informed Kennedy Agyapong that the supposed cheque he signed bounced only had a motive to deceive him (Kennedy Agyapong).
